We always aim to develop new TIRAMISÙ versions according to the season. Now in Thailand the first fresh Rambutan can be seen in the markets and time for us to honor this very special fruit with the creation of a tasty Rambutan TIRAMISÙ in our LAB.
Rambutan - a tropical fruit tree of the family Spinduliai, native to Southeast Asia, is cultivated in many countries of the region. The name of the plant comes from the Indonesian "rambut", which means "hair," because of the appearance of the fruit.
The flesh is white, almost transparent and gelatinous, very pleasant aroma and sweet taste.
Thais believe the Rambutan tree sacred, having magical power. The fruits are composed and antioxidant components. It has been proven that the skin, seeds and fruits are effective against various types of cancer. The peel of an exotic fruit is filled with antioxidants that are really healthy. The antiseptic properties of rambutan were also confirmed by scientific research in Malaysia.
The fruit can help to protect the body from many bacteria and other pathogens. This product has many vitamins and minerals such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, vitamin C and dietary fiber. It protects the body from aging in the long term. The Rambutan has also quite a large amount of vitamin C.
A tropical twist from the classic Tiramisu. Thin slices of Rambutan flesh layered between the mascarpone cheese. Ladyfingers bathed in a mix of our Cold Brew Coffee, dark rum and Rambutan juice. The top layer sprinkled with cinnamon and dark cacao completes the fragrant flavor of this exotic fruit.
Rambutan is very nutritious and rich in many vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds.
